Meet The Monsters ~ BBC Planet Dinosaurs

While I mainly think BBC rocks because they host Dr. Who series, I also happen to be rather fond of their documentaries. Their newest release, Planet Dinosaurs is going to be a show-stopper for my sons who are in the "I'm oogly-googly-crazy-about-dinosaurs-because-they-are-wicked-cool-fearsome" stage.

On August 21, the dinosaurs will be unleashed as Planet Dinosaur introduces us to this whole new cast of monsters far stranger than ever imagined. From predators larger than the Tyrannosaurus Rex to feathered dinosaurs, these new creatures not only revolutionize our understanding of prehistoric life but of life on Earth today.

You'll find a familiar character in the film, too, well at least vocal-wise as its narrated by John Hurt (the Harry Potter films, Hellboy)

BBC uses the latest CGI and cutting-edge research to create a completely immersive visual experience studded with curious facts, jaw-dropping action and charismatic monsters whose discovery entailed a re-write of the prehistory books.
