Every Little Superhero Needs a SideKix ~ #Giveaway

Look, over in the play room, it's a bird, it's a toy, no, it's a Side Kix

Batman has Robin, Deadpool had Bob, and Superman has Jimmy Olsen... but my superhero sons have decided that Superman needed an upgrade to a cooler critter... and without further adieu, we introduce Inferno.  Friend, mythical dragon warrior, and brand new Sidekix companion of the man of steel.

Comic book sidekicks are characters who hang out for a significant period of time with a superhero - who may or may not have significant powers, but play a significant role in keeping the superhero amused, on track, or providing additional support for the superhero's missions.

They're also generally trouble magnets.

It didn't take long for Inferno to attract the attention of the wrong crowd. Because, after all, it's the Sidekix job to be kidnapped, trapped, or otherwise incapacitated in some manner. (We'll overlook the fact, right now, that they are Rescue Heroes who mistook him for fire-breathing trouble maker.)

But, here's where the role of a our adorable Inferno Sidekix differs slightly from that of a traditional comic book sidekick.... when captured a comic book sidekick's role is to twiddle their thumbs and wait patiently for their superhero counterpart to speedily come to their aid.  Our Sidekix is a bit smarter than the average sidekick-bear, though, and manufacturers his own escape, joy-riding to freedom.

And in the end, conceals his identity nicely by folding up and resuming his special prized spot on my superhero son's school back pack.

Sidekix are simply adorable, huggable animal toys ready for any adventure. Sidekix starts out as hacky-sack-like ball, but a quick unzip reveals an cuddly animal pal.

Features include a plastic clip for attaching to belt loops, bags, or zip lines. Sidekix can also cling using small magnets hidden in their furry feet, allowing them to scale lockers, refrigerators, or quickly attach to a bicycle when the Sidekix signal calls little heroes to action.

Sidekix come in five character styles: Inferno the Dragon; Mojo the Dog; Bamboo the Panda; Savannah the Zebra; and Chick A Dee Chick A Dee the Chick.

Another great thing to love about Side Kix?  They don't have to wear Lycra tights.
