We Welcome You to ‘Are You Smarter than a Zombie?’

Meet me in the maze zombie scum!

On the way to baseball practice today, my superhero sons and I were talking about who will survive the Zombie Apocalypse (yes, this is how most of our conversations go,) and the following idea was born…went a little sumthin’ like this:

S1 Hey wouldn’t it be cool if we did ‘Are You Smarter than a Zombie’ tv show?

S2 Wouldn’t last long, cuz the zombies would eat everyone before they could answer.

S1 Okay, so like instead of answering questions, they could go through a maze.

S2 Or they could ask questions while they were running for their lives. And the zombies were bouncing into walls.

S1 Yeh, cool.

S2 Nah, that’s not gonna work either because the zombies can smell the humans, so again, they’ll get eaten.

S1 So, we’ll give them (the contestants) weapons.

S2 Cool, so they can fight the apocalypse in the game.

S1 Yeh, but then why bother with the game?

{contemplative pause}

S2 Wouldn’t’ it be funny if we did ‘Are You Smarter than a Squirrel?’

S1 Hillarious!  What about zombie squirrels?

And there you have it, a glimpse into the diabolical minds of our future comic book generation. Yes, yes I have done my job well...
